How we rank professionals

When you open the directory the default order is Recommended. This page says exactly what decides it. Nobody can pay for a better place — not with a plan, an add-on or anything else.

What counts

50%
Patient ratings

Star ratings, newer ones counting more; a lone review cannot make or break anyone.

10%
How many reviews

Counts up to about 25 reviews, then stops, so being big does not lock a place.

10%
Recent work

Completed visits in the last six months, and how rarely the professional cancels or misses.

10%
A complete profile

Photo, headline, about text, services, address and opening hours.

10%
Free time soon

Someone you can actually see this week ranks above an equally good, fully booked one.

5%
Replying to reviews

The share of reviews the professional has answered.

5%
Open for bookings

Accepting new clients, online booking on, opening hours set.

So that good newcomers are found

A profile younger than 60 days with fewer than 10 reviews gets up to +8 points that fade away as it gets older and collects reviews. It lets someone new be seen before the reviews arrive.

So the same names are not always first

Professionals whose scores are within 3 points of each other are put in a different order every day, but the order stays the same all day, so scrolling through pages never repeats or skips anyone.

Other ways to look

You can sort by Nearest, Top rated, Lowest price or Most experienced at any time, and filter by language, mode, place and price. When you type what you need, the best match to your words comes first.
